Complaints Policy
JPI Building Control Approvers Ltd operate a formal complaints procedure as per the Operational Standard Rules issued by the Building Safety Regulator (BSR), our Regulator.

This policy & is set in place to assure clients of JPI Building Control Approvers Ltd, that should a complaint be raised against JPI Building Control Approvers Ltd, a procedure is in place to ensure that it is resolved efficiently and fairly.
We will investigate all the facts and circumstances associated with your complaint and provide a response within 10 working days of the complaint being received. If the complaint involves accessing archived information, then we will advise you and the response time will be extended to 15 working days.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the investigation, please let us know and we will review our findings and issue a further response within 10 working days.
Once our complaints procedure has been exhausted and you feel that your complaint has not been resolved, you are entitled to refer the matter to the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) at the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) using the following details:
