Andrew has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry, including over 18 years within Building Control with a later significant interest in Fire Safety. He is a Level 3G & 3H Registered Building Inspector for plans assessment and site inspections. Andrew’s experience covers many sectors, including high risk residential buildings of any height, high rise, commercial, educational & industrial. Andrew is in the ideal position to manage all your compliance needs.

Paul McClelland

Registered Level 3G & 3H Specialist Building Inspector & Class 4 Technical Manager

Paul has over 25 years’ experience in the construction industry with 17 years working as a building inspector across Local Authority and Approved Inspectors sectors. Paul has specialised in working within the high-rise residential sector undertaking compliance oversight on some of the largest residential schemes in England and Wales. Paul has completed a masters degree in fire safety engineering achieving a grade of distinction with his dissertation which was on the effects of electric vehicle fires in enclosed car parks. Paul also has practical firefighting experience from working at West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue service (WYFRS) as a retained fire fighter.

Mark Broughton

Mark has been working in the construction industry since 2016 and as a Building Control Surveyor since 2020, having worked in both Local Authorities and Approved Inspectors. He successfully completed an MSc in Building Surveying in 2019 at the University of Salford and is a chartered member of CABE and an associate member of the Institute of Fire Engineers. His experience covers all sectors with a focus on residential, commercial developments (including office fitouts), and hospitals.
